The first thing I thought of was kidneys stones also, but since its getting worse with fatty foods it could possibly biliary colic/gallstones
Remember, pain from stones is a colicky pain – its comes and goes, and can be quite severe. The pain is usually felt in the back.

Differential diagnosis could include urinary tract infections, or STI's even.
Either way, I think its great your going to a new urologist. A doctor shouldn't simply try to solve your problem with pain medication alone. Hopefully this guys a little better and actually works to figure out the diagnosis
    Good luck, xoxo

Excellent, excellent, excellent video. So, so refreshing to see a video where a tripod has been used – so many videos on here make you feel sea-sick the camera waves about so much, your video shines out as a beacon of perfection. Other videographers please note: HOLD YOUR CAMERA STILL! Many thanks for a brilliant film, perfectly shot, perfectly edited. 5 stars.

A lot of posturing –There will be no economic recovery until the polititians recognize that we need to recognize that it is not the role of the United States to spread “Truth, Justice & The American Way” throughout the world and to spend the money instead to address needs within America, for Americans to demand Made-In-America products and fair trade policies are put in place for both importing and exporting Made-In-America products.

Firstly a couple of points about the question.

"Is it true that the "Big Pharma" fund doctors education? Isn't this a conflict of interest?"

This is not about funding education it's about funding continuous eduction. This is not the same thing, and I wonder why you would twist it so. Secondly it's "doctors' education" not "doctors education".

Continuing Medical Education is no different to any other professional where continuous professional development is required to remain a member of your professional institution. It doesn't matter who is funding it or anything. I've been to events run by Siemens and Intel – does that mean it doesn't count? Of course it still counts.

All qualified doctors need to do the same thing, it's no different. Why shouldn't drugs companies fund conferences?

The real question is who is funding the CPD for crystal healers, homeopaths, chiropractors, applied kinesologists – or are these not regulated professionals so they don't need to bother with CPD

orr is one punch away from being a boogaard. Nothing funny about his death, but orr is crazy for still wanting to be an elite fighter. He was told by dr's that his head was in bad shape. Can't fault the guy though, it's his dream to be in the NHL, but is it really worth your life. Loved the boogyman, hope the NHL cares from now on about it's players, instead of dwindling NHL clubs. First t-3′s are really hard on your liver and don’t drink alcohol with them, but try to get a different med. altogether. (My wife has been dealing with a disc problem for years). Daludid (my spelling sucks) or something completely opiat based. Codine, demerol etc. Remember that Doctors are in many ways just pushers for Big Pharma, but they still are supposed to work for you. I am not a doctor but have a great deal of experience with cronic pain management. pm me.

Overall I really liked it! You've got a good short story here and you're sure to get a good grade.
In terms on constructive crit: You need to change paragraphs when people are talking. There are a view places where you didn't do that. Towards the end you had that down, though, so good one there. And the dialogue is overall good, and it's pretty much perfect.
I'd suggest waiting a while, then doing a reread, find anything you dislike and fix or remove it, and when you're done you'll like the end product much better. Though even now I'd give you an A+.

But Obama's reforms are good policy.

FACT – Insurance companies in the USA admit to pushing up prices, buying politicians and not paying out claims when they should
FACT – PER PERSON the USA spends more on healthcare than any other nation on the planet
FACT – Obama debated his plans before the election for healthcare
FACT – the chance of a child under five of dying in the USA is greater than industrialised nations with universal health coverage
FACT – Obama was elected by the American people to bring in change
FACT – Obama wants to stop insurance companies from screwing the American people
FACT – The reforms Obama wants work in the Netherlands and Switzerland

thats why the movie is so good. it is a huge turn. at first the guy in the beginning you seem to think is a wanker but turns out to be a total badass. that is called a climax. plus this movie touches on racism by showing you how the aliens would be really treated to how humans are treated even now. this movie is not the generic bullshit movies do today. if you dont like it go watch transformers and g.i. joe because you sound like a 12 year old.

I've always felt from a nursing standpoint, why endure the pain if you don't have to and would be able to enjoy the childbirth experience w/ the help of pain medication, but I would NEVER try to persuade you to do it. It's a personal choice. If you want to have a natural childbirth, then you should have a natural childbirth. No one can FORCE you to have an epidural or pain management during childbirth. It is a consented procedure and you have a right to REFUSE anything you don't want. At your next appt I would tell your doctor that you are planning on having a natural childbirth experience and EXPECT him/her to support your decision and accomodate your wishes. I have a friend who did natural 2 times and epidural w/ the last and she said that she felt better afterward w/ the epidural b/c she didn't expend so much energy during the experience, but she'd do the natural method again in a heartbeat. You are not crazy. It's your choice and it's a choice that's different for everyone. Good luck and stand your ground. You'll only regret it if you give in w/out trying. Don't exclude the possibility of pain relief though. You may get into it and realize that you want it–it doesn't make you a failure. Just go in w/ the plan of having a natural childbirth and be open to the alternatives if it's worse than you're expecting. GOOD LUCK! HAVE FUN!!

You may not know the dentist as I'm living in the Philippines. Actually, I don't know the therapy protocol. She only treated it with splint and braces. Ah, she massaged my back thrice before. Indexed? Is that the one that fits right into your teeth? I don't have to remove it. The locking and clicking has reduced as well as the pain but I felt it has affected my mental and emotional health. But I'm really not sure. I might need to look for a second opinion.

Actually, under Bush, the US had the greatest erosion of freedoms since the creation of the USA. So nothing Obama can do will be worse than the Republicans did. At least Obama hasn't killed a million Iraqi civilians or thousands of US kids, as well as the 10's of thousands Bush has maimed.

Big Pharma is running conventional medicine. Of course there's a conflict of interest. It's been deliberately set up that way. There have been enough articles written by MD's who've played "whistle blower" on the tactics of the drug companies without any words necessary from the natural medicine field.
