I wasn’t so sure about purchasing a suction cup mirror but I didn’t want to make holes or clamp one on my windshield frame either. I Google’d several times and kept coming up with this same product. I’m very pleased with it. Our used 2006 Yamaha SX210 didn’t come with a mirror. I wanted to see behind the boat so I could keep an eye on those I’m towing in tubes or the wakeboard. It’s also nice to see if there are any other boats closing in from behind.
This mirror stuck without falling off once during a 4 hour family boating outing. The 4″ x 8″ viewing area seemed large and the images are clear. I tried it in several locations, even on the side window next to my driver’s seat. The base provides sufficient flexibility to use it in various angles. It has the added advantage that if I forget to remove it for trailering it won’t damage the boat cover because there is noting sticking out of the top of the windshield.

Very pleased with this mirror. I based my purchase on previous reviewer, they were right. I cleaned my windshield, wet the suction cup and stuck it on. The boat has been in some pounding waters and has not moved, been there for several outings. I can now see behind me on a very busy Lake Travis, Austin, TX Gene

I was shopping for a baby mirror to put on my back window so I could keep an eye on our newborn in her rear facing car seat. One thing I found when shopping for a “baby mirror” is the quality is usually poor, and the mirror is a silver film with horrible optics. I happened upon this while searching and figured if it could handle a boat in the waves, it should work in my car. I WAS RIGHT!! This is a great mirror to use as a baby mirror. Much better than anything else I could find.

The rear view mirror in the car has fallen off three times in the past few years (always in HOT weather), and I am tired of putting in back on. So, I bought this to stick on the windshield where the original mirror mount was. Works great, very sturdy, and gives a better rear view than the original mirror. Pretty much eliminates the blind spots. Does has a wide-angle image, and takes a bit of getting used to, but provides a safer view of what is behind your car. Plus, cleaning the inside windshield will be easier–I’ll just remove this mirror to make the job go faster. No more trying to clean the smears around the permanent mirror.
